Donor Survey

As we begin our 2014-2015 fiscal year, we are looking toward the future and considering our plans for program expansion and potential growth. Our donors play a critical role in our abilities as an organization – offering support for our outreach, time as volunteers, feedback on our services, and much more. We would like to take this opportunity to survey our supporters about the Hearing and Speech Center and our programs.

We would like to know more about all those who contribute to the Center, and about your satisfaction with the organization. Understanding the needs and goals of our community is a very important part of our strategic planning process. We will be sharing the overall results of this survey and will continue to incorporate your feedback into our work.
